Refund policy

At Live Vanity, we take great care in packaging and inspecting each product before it is shipped. However, in the rare case of a damaged or defective item:

Return Eligibility:
• Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos of the damaged item to livevanityy@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 7738663955.

Return Process:

Send photos and order details to our support team within 48 hours.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Product must be returned in original packaging, unused and with tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement will be sent or refund processed (as discussed with customer service).

Note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or delay caused by courier service.
